This is an antique, Edwardian bijouterie table dating to c.1910.

Raised on elegant, slender, tapered, square section legs this case offers three hundred and sixty degree vision to the side panels and a generous full pane to the lid allowing maximum light and viewing angles.

The choice mahogany displays good grain detail with the lid edge banded in holly framing cross banding to the side panels.

Hinged on quality brass fittings, the lid lifts to reveal a 15cm (6") deep display space lined with a pale blue velvet. The case closing with working lock and key.
