We do love the rare and unusual.

A truly delightful and exceptionally rare George III brass surgeon's clasp. Engraved “Chas B Surgeon HA” Charles B would have been practicing sometime around 1770. Perhaps the clasp came from his medical bag but certainly came from something important enough to require his name to be engraved on it.

An exceptionally rare, in fact unique, piece.
