An English Antique Baker's Pie Chest

An English Antique Baker's Pie Chest.
Before stainless steel catering equipment, this kind of pie chest was used to store bakery products after cooking and before being put on display in shops.
This tall antique pie chest dates from the English, Edwardian period, around 1900.

In very good, solid condition, all the drawers run well.
