An early 18th century close stool made to imitate a chest of drawers with the double 'D' moulding between what should look like the drawers. For some reason there were never any handles applied to complete the effect, all the small commodes trying to look like drawers I have had or seen always had 6 small handles, I was very tempted. But I leave the decision to the purchaser.
