Metamorphic mahogany side table and music stand c.1840. Sloping lectern or music stand top with a small removable ledge and brass page stays. Angle adjustable on a folding stand and toothed rack at the rear on a solid mahogany frame with moulded edge. Top can also be laid flat for use as a table. Height adjustable from 30½”-46″ on a hexagonal column with original brass collar and locking screw. Raised on shaped tripod legs. Excellent colour and condition.
