A Victorian American Walnut Double Sided Artist’s Easel by Newman, Soho Square, London, mid 19th Century

The H-frame with adjustable rachetted ledge to either side, ivory label engraved 'NEWMAN SOHO SQUARE LONDON', to the base. Complete with winding handle and on castors, this easel is a super thing, either in a commercial art gallery or for a private home, a lovely piece of period furniture
