This exceptional bookcase stands on turned feet with engine turned collars, column ends embellished with brass reeds, adjustable shelves, a frieze decorated with brass moldings and the top with a pierced gallery. Every element of this piece is original and of the highest quality. 1050mm high, 1070mm wide and 300mm deep. Circa 1860. W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries.
