A French brass cased striking and repeating carriage antique clock. A high quality case with fluted side pillars and a copper coloured corinthian capitals. An enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. A lever escapement. Push button repeating. Retailed by Russells of 18 Church Street, Liverpool. Circa 1895.
