An early example of a French brass cased carriage antique clock retailed by Aubert & Co of London. A 'one-piece' case. An enamel dial with 'moon' blued steel hands. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. Engraved to the backplate and numbered 3445. The original escapement. The markings are similar to Drocourt so likely to be made by them. Circa 1860.
