A 1937 Longines stainless steel wristwatch. A silvered dial with a matte finish. Arabic numerals to the quarters, with 'pencil' markers to the rest. Surrounded by an outer minute track. A subsidiary seconds dial to 6 o'clock. Signed by retailers 'E Carabelli - Milano'.

A rare case variant, with hinged lugs moving from extended attachments on the case body. Often described as a 'clawed' or 'teardrop' lugs. A stainless steel snap on case back. Case reference 1879 133.

The watch is powered by a 15 jewel caliber 12.68Z Longines mechanism. Serial numbers date this watch to 1937.
