this very handsome clock has a lovely simple painted face with subsidiary seconds and date dials, the hood with decorative carved scroll detail, tapering case in beautifully figured flame mahogany with cushion door and panelled base with moulded laurel wreath decoration.
the eight day movement strikes the hour on a bell.
this super clock really is a fine example of a scottish drumhead in good condition.
