8 Antique Mahogany Chairs
Chairs Offered for sale is superb quality set of eight late Victorian Chippendale/Hepplewhite style mahogany dining chairs in excellent condition and consisting of six single and two carver chairs dating to about 1900. They are a well proportioned substantial set of chairs with a rich brown mahogany colour. The set of eight antique mahogany dining chairs have a yoke shaped back rail with pierced centre splat above newly reupholstered drop in seats and on squre supports with stretchers. The set of 8 antique mahogany chairs are in excellent showroom condition having been cleaned, revived and waxed along with the seats reupholstered in a gold John Lewis fabric. The chairs have a makers plate to the base "Spilman & Co" St Martins Lane, London - A top quality 19th century London cabinet maker.
