There is a place for everything and everything has a place in this neat little early 20th.c. gentleman’s compactum wardrobe c.1920. Two doors with symmetrically arranged burr walnut veneers, mahogany crossbanding and herringbone inlays. Opening to reveal an exceptional fitted interior of drawers, slides, pigeon holes, hangers and hinged compartments each retaining their original printed labels for gloves, studs, socks, collars, underwear, dress shirts and even ‘fancy shirts’! With a mirror inside the right hand door and raised on short legs with paw feet and scallop detail front and rear. Excellent condition, original throughout, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied. Splits into two pieces plus cornice and plinth for ease of delivery.
