An unusual French figured mahogany dressing table chest. The top lifts and the marble lined interior slides forward to create a kneehole. Below are 4 beautifully figured mahogany drawers with working locks and key. The whole raised on a plinth base with canted corners and steel casters.. Good original condition with 1 or 2 small scuffs associated with age and use. Dimensions:- Height Closed….39''/ 99cm. Width…35.5''/ 90cm. Depth…19''/ 48cm. Open Height…56.5''/ 143cm.
