A very imposing 19th century english oak presidents chair, commonly known as a bishops chair. The crest rail is carved with acorns and roses with a bishops mitre on a cushion carved in the centre with the letters vr for queen victoria. Upholstered in original red leather, colour and finish of the oak is original and superb, with original brass casters front and back. Extra large size.
