19th Century mahogany bed / library steps, with three gold leather lined steps decorated with blind and gold tooling, having curl veneer on the step fronts, these steps are quite rare in the fact that the compartment pulls out at the rear, with also a lift up hinged lid on the top step. Circa 1840
