A lovely example of a 19th Century camphor wood campaign trunk with original brass bound corners and substantial brass swan neck carrying handles. This campaign trunk has a superb colour and patina. The interior is in very clean condition and perfect for storage. There is a small chip to the inside rim, this is not detrimental to the look of the chest as it can't be seen when the chest is closed. This is a piece full of character, a great storage piece or ideal as a coffee table, as it is polished on all sides. A superb addition to any interior.
