Beautiful looking 19th century country made English rocking chair, made from ash and elm timbers. This handsome chair has naïve looking 'heart shaped' cut outs incorporated in to the chairs back splat, with shapely arm rests and well turned spindle supports. It also benefits from having a bold comfortable seat and substantially turned legs and stretchers, with the chairs original rockers all intact.
