1960s Etched Glass and Chrome Lamp, Black Shade
A heavy, good quality etched glass lamp base dating from the 1960s, brought up to date with new wiring, lamp holder, plug and shade, all in black.
The white, silver and black combination on this lamp works really well, giving it a glamorous look that would look great in both a modern interior and more retro-inspired home. The heavy glass base is decorated with etched panels and a geometric panel, and you can glimpse the vintage-style twisted black flex through it. The glass is topped with a chrome sleeve and black painted cap, and a new black lamp holder has been added. The black velvet shade is also new, and there is a generous length of flex.
Dimensions: Overall Height 45cm, Shade Diameter 27cm, Base Diameter 11cm.
The lamp is in excellent condition - there are no chips or cracks to the glass, and there are only tiny scratches to the black painted metal cap. Please examine the photographs and feel free to ask us any questions, or request more pictures.
