A 1950s JW Benson Tropical Wristwatch. A chrome plated 'Aquatite' case with screw down case back marked 'Waterproof Anti Magnetic'. A good quality 16 jewel mechanism made by Smiths for JW Benson, signed by retailers. An off white dial with Roman numerals and diamond shaped markers. Circa 1950s.
