Possibly welsh,the oak top above three legs with a shelf under.
Signs of a hard life ,there is a crack with filler to the top ,a piece missing to one frieze board where it joins the leg and two of the feet have knots missing.
This all adds to the rustic country charm of this piece of vernacular antique furniture,a sold piece with no movement.
