The 18th century carved oak coffer has a detailed, three panelled, carved front with a petal design. Below the panels it has two drawers. The chest is in a nice condition for its age. A great item for a hallway, foot of the bed for storage. The coffer is complete with all of its original hinges, and original lock. It is also equipped with a candle box.
