18th Century Camel Back Walnut Chair 18th century Georgian french %%alt5%%
A charming, very comfortable 18th Century French side chair with camel hump top rail, serpentine seat and walnut cabriole legs to front and back scroll and channel carved with repeating drop bellhusks to the knees and scrolled and reeded feet. Newly re-upholstered in a top quality French Louis XV Regence style upholstery fabric of reds and golds and well padded.

Heavy and robust and original. The chair frame beautifully detailed and very solid with no movement, creaks or wobbles. Some minor marks and dings consistent with age and use. Lovely colour, highly recommended.

Dimensions are

Maximum 23 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 35 inches high.

Height to the seat is 16.5 inches
