Here is an example of a superb set of 10 antique Victorian set of 10 mahogany crown back dining chairs, circa 1860 - 1880. This set of chairs boast a rich brown mellow mahogany colour. The drops in seats have been completely reupholstered with horsehair stuffing and calico. All they require is your choice of top cover fabric to allow them to fit into your colour scheme. These bolt back chairs feature an attractive “crown” shaped back, a ring turned front leg and sabre rear leg. The backs of the legs are shaped which is a sign of good quality. The chairs are firm and would look good anywhere especially as they are comfortable and consume little space.

This item would look superb in a variety of rooms, especially the hallway, bedroom or dining room. This item would certainly grace any home or office and a great investment as they are an extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Condition Report
This set of chairs is in excellent condition. The seats have been completely reupholstered with horsehair stuffing and calico they just await the customers’ final choice of top cover fabric. This set of chairs boasts the original polish which ensures a fantastic depth of colour. All chairs are solid in joint and free of wood worm.

Delivery to any address in mainland England & Wales is £70. For delivery to Scotland & Ireland, please email for a quote. If you wish to avoid the delivery cost, you can collect the item in person. Delivery will be made by our own specialised antique furniture delivery service, or in some cases we will use a courier service for distant deliveries. We will inform you by email and/or telephone and provide you with full delivery details including when to expect delivery. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks (depending on location). We will contact you to arrange the delivery day please ensure you give us a contact number to aid the delivery process. Delivery includes insurance we can assure you that the packaging standard is second to none and will fully protect the item.

UK Returns & Refunds
A 7 day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of return transit – the collection cost is the same as the delivery cost. You will be given a refund (excluding the delivery and collection cost) as long as the item is returned in the same condition. We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We will not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.

UK Buyer Payment
For UK buyers, we will accept cash on collection or delivery cheque, credit card, BACS (free bank to bank transfer). Payment is requested within 5 days of the sale.

International Buyers
