CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

RETURNS
Here at Levels Antiques we abide by the distance selling regulations (updated 13/6/14).
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours.
Once item/s are delivered you have 14 days to cancel the order. Return of your purchase(s) must be within 14 days of this cancellation date.

The cost of the item/s and any delivery charge paid by the buyer will be refunded, whilst the cost of returning the item/s is at the buyers’ own expense.

PRIVACY
To process your order, we require your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, email address and credit card information if applicable. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone. Providing us with a landline and a mobile number can be helpful.
Any information provided by you will be used for our purposes only. However, we will need to provide your name, delivery address and contact details to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order and for delivering specific services to you (ie. the courier that delivers your order).
Your information will not be shared with individual or other companies such as direct mail organizations or other third parties unless required by law.

Levels Antiques do not keep or store credit/debt card or financial detail.
