Napoleonic Prisoner of War Carved Bone Spoon,c1810
Lovely Napoleonic era carved bone spoon/scoop,c1810. Naively hand carved, probably in Ox or Mutton bone, it would have been crafted by a prisoner of war for personal use or sale. It has nice incised decoration and great colour/patina following years of use/handling. Overall condition is good in line with age and use with only minor age related wear. Please refer to the detailed photographs and feel free to contact me if you would like to view the item or have any questions.
