Huge extending French dining table

We are not sure of the type of wood , it may be walnut although the people we purchased it from said they thought it was a fruit wood
The original leaves have long been lost the the last owners had several leaves made at some considerable expense. The new leaves are made in MDF and have been cut and shaped at the edges to match the original table
It was and is common practice on the continent for the extension leaves to be made of a plainer simpler material as when extended , for company a table cloth would be used and there for there was no need for the leaves to be decorative
We have been able to get the table extended to a maximum of 120" , but there are 4 leaves , 3 different sizes so the options are numerous
You will see that to add stability to the table when extended 2 pairs of legs drop down

Condition The table has been used for over 100 years and will obviously show signs of wear and tear although as you can see from the images the overall condition is excellent, it is a "rustic" piece and can be worked on as much as you like to make it as new or left to have a rustic country look that is up to you
The are a couple of slight splits appearing in the table top , this is normal for an antique piece which has been kept in a centrally heated home, these splits have filled with wax over the years and are not at all to the detriment of the table
