A stunning Pair of Hepplewhite Style mahogany armchairs. The shield shaped backs having carved cornucopia and harebells supporting the open arms with acanthus carved detail. The serpentine shaped sprung seats above leaf and berry friezes and flanked by carved patrea above turned and fluted legs. Both in very good original condition, cleaned and burnished in our own workshop. Dimensions:- Height… 38''/ 96.5cm. Width…23.25''/ 59cm. Depth…25''/ 63.5cm. Seat Height…19''/ 48cm.
