A handsome George III period mahogany secretaire bookcase. Well constructed in solid mahogany and attractive mahogany veneers. The top section with a pair of glazed doors (lockable with key supplied) which open to access display space with adjustable shelving. The base section with a fitted secretaire to the top drawer and a pair of cupboard doors beneath (lockable, key supplied). The drawer is fiited with bold and unusual dogs head design solid brass handles. The secretaire drawer opens to reveal a fitted interior with stationary compartments, drawers brown leather writing surface. All standing on bracket feet. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home, or office.
