French Comptoise Clock by Frinault of Redon
A French comptoise antique clock by Frinault of Redon. A brass surround to the dial with decorative arch. A convex enamel dial with nicely shaped brass hands. An 8-day duration mechanism, twin weight driven striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a bell. 2 minute hour repeating. A decorative iron wall bracket. Circa 1870.
