These certainly are a lovely fine set of Mahogany chairs from the early 1800s. This Regency set of eight chairs, six stand chairs and two carvers are all in really clean condition and ready to grace their new home. Well above average quality, even the seat frames are in hardwood. These chairs have a cross stretcher between all four legs to add strangth to the frames and even a further one between the back legs. The turned rails on these chairs are fine and offer good detail. A superb set with good colour. The price includes the reupholstery of the seats which will need about 2.5m of fabric of your own choice to fully complete the set. We have antique tables to go with these chairs, not least the fine example they are currently around, they make a superb set. We have other choices too so always worth a visit, we open every Friday and Saturday and other days by appointment with pleasure. We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
