On offer is a very nice late 16th century slipped in the stalk spoon. I am sure it is pewter but it does have a dull brassy look to it so, to be honest it could be latten?
Touch mark to the brown R key I and initial letter stamped on the back of the stem near the top, looks like a W?
An English spoon and excavated many years ago on the outskitof Shrewsbury. 16 cm in length, no repairs just a few little knocks from being in the ground.
