Circa 1900, burr walnut armchair. This early Georgian piece has a stylish open and shaped back, and exceptional quality burr veneers. The arms are also shaped, with a curved hand rest. It has been newly upholstered in dark green hide and pinned with brass studs. The chair has cabriole front legs with a pad foot and turned back legs, again with a pad foot and raised on a turned bun.
