A handsome little desk-top letter rack or holder dating to the late Victorian era, around 1890. The solid Oak base stands on it's original four ball feet. The brass frame and handle have been re-polished to gleam. The woven mesh dividers retain their original gilded finish.

The underside of the Oak has the impressed signature of the manufacturer, S. Hall.

Excellent condition, the oak base measuring 7" x 3 3/4" and standing 6 1/4" to top of handle.
