A Fine Pair of Percussion Pocket or Pistols
An excellent pair of percussion box lock, pocket or travelling pistols. The action on both guns is just as it should be - the triggers drop down on full cock. The locks work just as they should.
Mid 19th c, with 2 1/4" barrel, .45 cal. round iron turn-off barrels struck on the underside with Birmingham proof marks.
Locks with floral engraving and cartouches engraved with “SMITH” one side and “LONDON” the other.
Both guns in very good working condition - a rare fine example of pocket pistols.
