Wiggenholt West Sussex Court Document 1736 Handwritten  Vellum
Handwritten on Parchment, Private Court Baron of Edward Ellistone Esq., The Court being held at Wiggenholt, West Sussex.
The document relates to a copyhold tenancy of a Cottage and a half acre of land in Sheepwood Lane, by James Slaughterford and Elizabeth his wife, and the admission of Thomas and Ann Mercer to the tenancy.

Has the Embossed blue Tax Duty Stamp of II Shillings & III Pence, plus a George II Cypher on the reverse.
