A particularly handsome office desk chair by the renowned makers Hands & Sons featuring a horse figure embossed to the seatback, possibly military related as Hands did make furniture for the government, including the Kings coronation chairs of 1937.

The aged wear to the leather is exceptional making for an incredibly comfortable and attractive chair.

Very good condition, structurally all in good order with just some wonderful aged wear. The seat sags down slightly but it is secure in place and particularly comfortable as it is.

Makers mark to stretcher.
