Victorian Pine Sideboard
This beautiful mid-Victorian pine sideboard was recently acquired from a local farm clearance.
The piece has still got its original paint, with a lovely distressed appearance. The sideboard features three large drawers to the top and three cupboard doors to the base, which open to reveal the original cooling rack.
This sideboard would have been placed on a stone or quarry tile floor, where the cooling temperature of the floor would help to keep food produce fresh.
All of the interior is in the original green colour, and the piece is in good condition, with some signs of wear and tear consistent with its age.
An excellent piece of antique furniture for any large country farmhouse or period property.
