A Stunning Large Rare English 19th Victorian Solid Silver Chronograph centre-second key-would pocket watch
Pocket Watch by silversmith William Carter( 1855-1880) in Excellent Clean condition with full English Hallmarks for London 1870
All in excellent condition and fully working , undamaged white dial with Roman Numerals and with original domes watch glass
3/4" brass plate movement with strong tick, keeping good time
The sweep hand is started by sliding the small protruding lever on the out edge by the
4 o'clock
No personal engraved inscription or monograms
Maker intitals WC William Carter stamped 35591 all 100% original and matching
Just a very tiny mark on the outer case by 3 oclock really nothing much
Size 2.15 inches 54mm in diameter excluding the bow 18mm deep
Comes with a antique brass key
