Elegant pair of Sheraton style mahogany two section bookcases with bow fronted base sections & in very good
condition. These were made by Waring & Gillows (the metal label is showing in the images) & I would date them to around the 1950’s period.

They have nice slim proportions & come apart into two sections for easy transportation.

The astral-glazing on the top doors has a lovely design & the bookshelves inside are adjustable. The bow fronted bottom sections have oval flame mahogany panels & one shelf inside. These bookcases sit on splayed feet.

Slim bookcases of these proportion, especially in pairs are very hard to find, so I don’t think we will be splitting them up.
