This is a rare old piece dating from the 1400s. Made from lead with the sun's face central and radiating rays around the piece. Excavated many years ago off land near Little Walsingham Norfolk.
Although the Sun in Splendor symbol was used on Heraldic devices I honestly believe this is a pilgrims item especially due to its find area. Size 4.5cm in diameter. The item has not been repaired in anyway, the face is off centre due to how it was made.
