Large Burmese stone Buddha, c1890

Large 19th century Burmese stone (probably Alabaster) statue of Buddha, c1890.
This is a well carved example with good form and colour and weighing in at an impressive 5.9kg. The Buddha has a lovely serene look.
Overall condition is good with some surface wear/marks to the nose etc and a loss of part of one hand.
