Produced in the Netherlands by Artifort, swivelling lounge chair model F978, designed in 1968 by award winning Geoffrey D. Harcourt (b.1935-).
With the distinctive polyurethane shell, this chair has a very generously cushioned fixed seat pad with bright pinkish / red / brown boucle upholstery in excellent condition.
The white polyurethane shell has hardly any signs of wear other than very minor scuffs, and some scratches on the polished aluminium base consistent with age and use which could be polished out.
This vintage chair is very comfortable, clean and in extremely good, original condition.
