Gents large Longines marriage watch
Gents large Longines marriage watch.
The watch has an antique signed Longines pocket watch movement, an in-house Longines calibre 18.50, which is working nicely.
The movement has been professionally fitted into a new bespoke case which gives us a large wrist watch measuring 50mm diameter excluding the onion crown and articulated lugs. The case is stainless steel and it has a screw-on bezel and case back with knurled edges. This is a really good weighty case, professionally manufactured to suit the movement.
As well as the main lens, there is also an inspection lens to the back of the watch. Both lenses are in very nice condition.
The dial is the original although the Longines name has been added, probably at the time of conversion. Pin set Breguet style hands.
A later brown leather strap has been fitted.
The watch comes in a new presentation box. ALL PRICES INCLUDE UK POSTAGE.
