French Gilt Bronze Clock by Jean Vincenti

A very nice Figural Gilt Bronze Clock by John Vincenti. 8 Day Movement chimes on a small bell, the hour and the half hour. The movement is set in a bronze case with 2 seated young ladies reading there books. On closer inspection you can see that both books have an initial engraved on them, one engraved 'J' and the other 'M' also the book on the Finial of the clock also engraved. The whole clock is then mounted on a wooden base with felt covering.
We gauge the clock was made around 1865 as it appears Jean Vincenti didn't make any clocks after 1870.
we prefer collection of this item due to the delicacy of the item but we can ship if need be.
