French 1830 Mounted Artillery Sword


French 2nd Empire mounted artillery sword. Brass wire bound leather grip. Brass hilt numbered 337 reissued and originally numbered 379. Has a steel scabbard which is also numbered 337 reissued from 379. Curved, single edged, tapering blade engraved on spine with place of manufacture and date 1830. In good overall condition with no dents to scabbard.
Overall approximately 99cm and blade 80.5cm.
