Souvenir from the Festival of Britain Pleasure Gardens Battersea Park, 1951. Miss Britain Articulated Doll and Envelope. The Doll was a souvenir of the Festival's Bikini Contest. The contest proved so popular that Eric Morely made it into an annual event and became the Miss World Beauty Pageant.
The envelope has been slit open on the left hand side. Printed Lithographically. Printers unknown.
