A large Empire style mahogany and burr walnut crossbanded emperor size bed, the arched head and footboard with a broken pediment above foliate and c-scroll carvings, further leaf carvings to the posts and feet and deep carved and polished side rails join the head and foot boards. Three wooden cross rails and two metal legs support the mattress bases. In good condition, a very large and substantial bed, the original divan bases this bed came with can be provided if required. The price shown is for the bedframe only (and bases if required).
