Continental Porcelain Mirror Cherubs handpainted porcelain frame %%alt5%%
This is a pretty Dresden pier glass with cherubs design to the crest in hand painted hard paste porcelain. The mirror dates from around 1860 and is mounted on an attractive bergundy velvet frame. The porcelain is in good order with a tiny loss to the wing of one cherub which is hard to see. The mirror glass is the original with some ageing and deterioration in an attractive antique manner. The velvet frame is 38 cms by 32 cms.
