A rare circa 1930 opticians Synoptophore.
This piece of opticians equipment would be used to assist with the correction of squints and other eye conditions.
It is in unrestored condition and is being sold as a display piece / item of interesting decor rather than a usable medical instrument.
It measures approximately 38 cm (15 inches) wide by 35 cm (14 inches) high by 24 cm (9.5 inches) deep) and is mounted on a heavy iron base for stability.
